Installation Ceremony of Rotaract Club Of Pataliputra

On this historic day, under the sponsorship of parent Rotary Club of Pataliputra, the installation of Rotaract club of Pataliputra was held. The events of this function could be stated as follows:-

•  At 12 noon all Charter members and non charter members reached the New Patna club.

• All guests almost gathered around 1 Pm and ceremony started at 1.30 pm onwards.

• Chief guest of our installation ceremony were PDG RTN Prof.( Dr.) K.P. Sinha, guests of honour - IPDG RTN Dr. Bindu Singh and DRR Diptesh Nawal.

• The dignitaries were called on the dais

• National anthem was sung by house

• Welcome address by Convener PP RTN Navin Gupta.

• Address by President parent Rotary club, RTN Sandep Sarraf.

• Installation of Rotaract President and Secretary of Rotaract club of Pataliputra (collar and pin).

• Charter presentation

• Address and vision presentation by Rotaract President and Report presented by Rotaract secretary.

• Address by one of the guests of honour RTN Dr. Bindu Singh.

• Address by second guest of honour DRR DIPESH NAWAL

• Introduction of chief guest Prof. ( Dr. K.P. Sinha)

• Address by chief guest.

• Vote of thanks by senior most Rotarian.

• Adjournment of ceremony.

• Cake cutting for marriage anniversaries of IPDG DR. Bindu Singh and RTN Rajesh Sharma.

• Meeting with DRR DIPESH NAWAL and other RTRs.

• End of installation ceremony.
